Returns are accepted within 14 days past your purchase date for store credit only. We do not issue refunds.

All jewelry is final sale.

All Clearance is final sale.

Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Items with stains, odors, or other damage will not be accepted.

The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item(s) you return or exchange.

How to Return

Mail your goods back to us within 14 days after your purchase and the cost of your item(s) will be applied onto a gift card within 72 hours after we receive your item(s)

Once received and processed, we will notify you within 72 hours via email that we have received your items) and include the details of your gift card. You may redeem the gift card code online or in store.

Please include the original packing slip or order number with your items

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of delivery confirmation for eligible items that meet return conditions.
